Project aim(s):
This project led by Professor Gregory Kolt, Head of School, School of Biomedical and Health Sciences, University of Western Sydney aims to examine the relationship between the amount and intensity of physical activity undertaken by those over 65 years of age, and their perceived limitations in functional activity. In relation to middle-aged men, the aim of the study is to examine the relationship between the amount and intensity of physical activity and volume of seated activity and a range of health and non-health variables including medical conditions, perceived health and quality of life status, dietary behaviours, education, employment, rurality, and socioeconomic status.
