Project Aim(s):

Using exploratory data analysis methods (data mining) of the 45 and Up Study baseline questionnaire data, the project aims to identify multiple factors associated with self-reported prostate cancer or pre-diagnosis indications of prostate risk. These findings might identify questions of possible clinical interest for further investigation, and could highlight the potential for using these methods in investigating other health conditions.
