The SEEF Project
The 45 and Up Study has mailed invitations to 200 participants asking them to join the SEEF Project Questionnaire Pilot Study.
SEEF stands for Social, Economic and Environmental Factors, and the project aims to identify how these factors influence the health and wellbeing of our population in mid to later life.
The first stage of the SEEF Project, the Questionnaire Pilot Study, is to test and refine the SEEF questionnaire. If successfully piloted, the questionnaire will form part of the much larger SEEF project, involving 100,000 45 and Up Study participants.
The SEEF Project is led by Professor Adrian Bauman from the School of Public Health, University of Sydney and funded by a National Health and Medical Research Council Preventive Healthcare and Strengthening Australia’s Social and Economic Fabric Strategic Award.
